Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the AffiNinja website and to your application to join the AffiNinja affiliate network. By using the site or applying, you agree to them.

If you are accepted, your individual partnership agreement or deal also applies, and it takes priority wherever the two differ.

You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you apply on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We accept partners at our discretion and do not have to give a reason for turning down an application.

The information you send us must be accurate and yours to share, and you should tell us if it changes. Submitting an application does not create a partnership; that only starts once we confirm it in writing.

We offer CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals. The rates, qualifying conditions, caps, markets and payment schedule for your account are set out in your deal, and nothing on this website is an offer of specific terms.

Commission is calculated from the data recorded by our tracking platform.

You may only promote our operators with traffic that is genuine and lawful. You must not:

• use bots, fake clicks, cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent or incentivised traffic;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• bid on operator brand terms without written permission;
• target anyone under 18, self-excluded players, or markets where an operator is not licensed;
• make misleading claims about bonuses, odds or winnings.

We may withhold or reverse commission earned in breach of these standards.

You are responsible for making sure your promotions comply with the laws, licensing conditions and advertising codes of every market you target, and with each operator’s brand guidelines. Include 18+ and responsible gambling messaging wherever it is required.

We pay approved commission on the schedule in your deal, once any minimum payout threshold is reached. You are responsible for your own taxes and for giving us correct payment details.

We may hold payments while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

While your partnership is active, you may use the logos and artwork from our Brand Kit as supplied and in line with its guidelines. All other content on this site belongs to AffiNinja or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Your deal terms, our reporting and any non-public information we share with you are confidential. Do not disclose them without our written consent.

Either side can end the partnership as set out in your deal. We may suspend or close an account immediately for fraud, a serious breach of these terms, or conduct that puts our operators or their players at risk.

The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but cannot guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site or the network after a change means you accept it.
