AffiNinja runs an iGaming affiliate network and this website. In this policy, “AffiNinja”, “we” and “us” mean the company that operates the network, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or applies to join.

We decide how and why personal data collected on this website is used, which makes us its controller.

When you apply through the form on our homepage, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• the website or social media profile you send traffic from;
• the type of traffic you run and anything you write in your message.

Our hosting provider also records technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.

We use your application to assess whether you are a fit for the network, to reply to you and, if you are accepted, to set up your partnership. Technical data keeps the site secure and running.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process application data to take steps you have asked for before entering into an agreement with you, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the network. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Functional cookies are set only on the site’s login page and for people who log in.

Some icons on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. The partner dashboard you log in to is run on a separate tracking platform with its own privacy terms.

Your data is handled by our team and by the providers who host this website and deliver our email, only as far as they need it to provide those services.

If you join the network, the details needed to run your campaigns may be shared with the operators you promote, as set out in your partnership agreement. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

Each application is emailed to our team, and a backup copy is stored in the website’s database. The website keeps only the 200 most recent applications and deletes older ones automatically.

We keep the email for as long as we need it to assess and answer your request and for the length of any partnership that follows, plus any period the law requires. Ask us and we will delete your application sooner. Our host keeps server logs for a short time for security.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
